Tea is becoming more and more popular and alot of people are making it a part of their daily routine. In fact some people make it a point to drink a cup of tea before or after meals because it helps them digest food better. People will always differ in their preferences when it comes to tea. The terminologies can be confusing especially if it is your first time to drink tea. The terms green, black and organic white tea can leave you confused. The color a tea creates once it is soaked is the basis for the terms black and green tea. The organic white tea is a different issue. The term is based on the source of the tea itself. Organic white tea comes from unopened tea leaf buds that usually have a white fuzzy, feathery covering on them.



It takes a lot of tea leaf buds just to make a cup of organic white tea as compared to using the whole tea leaf itself. The organic white tea is loaded with antioxidants because of the fact that it is the least processed among other types of tea.The taste of organic white tea is different as well. The tast of organic white tea tend to subtle since it blends with others flavor, some may lit it some dont. However, the Organic white tea is something out of the ordinary; therefore it would be worth a try.
